Q:Do you ship to US?
A:Yes we do,most of our customers are from US,we have many customers there and we have high delivery rates shipping there evry day.

Q:Do you ship to UK?

A:Yes we do with very high delivery rates (99%)

Q:Do you guys ship the same products as the ones you show on your website?
A:Yes,we ship the exact products you see on our website.

Q:Do you ship the original boxes too with the products you sell?
A:We will ship the boxes of the products only at your request but this is not indicated as they can make the package a litlle larger/suspicious to the customs.

Q:Do you ship to AUSTRALIA?
A:Because of the customs there,no,we do not ship.

Q:Do you ship to CANADA?

A:Because of the customs there,no,we do not ship.

Q:Do you guarantee delivery to APO addresses?
A:We will ship to APO addresses,but we do NOT guarantee delivery as we do not have a high delivery rate shipping to APO (only 60%).

Q:What is the quality of your products?
A:The products that we sell are all top quality products,we guarantee that.As sellers,is olso in our intrest that we sell only quality products.Products come from safe sources and some of them directlly from the local pharmacy.(for example: sustanon 250,anadrol,primobolan and others).

Q:My order arrived today but i was not at home,now i have to go to the local post office to pick up my order so i will have to sign for my package,should i be worried?
A:Absolutly not,signing for a package is no problem as a customer.Once the package pass the customs there will be no problems.We know that from our experience as we shipp all over the world.

Q:Do you ship to GERMANY?
A:Yes we do but we do NOT guarantee delivery as we 50% delivery rates

Q:I will place a large order,how will you ship it?
A:We will ship a large order in a few packages leaving usually 3 days between them-so that customs don't get suspicious too much seeing many packages to the same shipping address and with the same sender name.This is why we usually ask for a second shipping address(if existing) from our customers.

Q:Do you accept credit cards?

A:No we do not accept credit cards.

Q:I just placed a order but now i whant to change it and place a new one,is that ok?

A: Yes it is,no problem,but when sending us the payment details please send us olso your order number so that we know what order we will ship.

Q: It's been 40 days since you shipped my order but i still didn't receive it,what should i do?

A: At this point your order was probably seized and you now must to wait for the letter that customs will send to you and e-mail it to us along with your order details,a new shipping address.Notice that you will receive that letter usualy after 40 days since we shipped your order.
