BEFORE YOU ORDER PLEASE READ THE BELOW TERMS:

1.Notice that if your order will be seized by customs we will not offer a refund,instead,we will reship your order to a new address once we receive a scanned copy of the letter you received from the customs-so if you will receive a letter from the customs e-mail it to us along with your new shipping address and order number.(we will not ship to the same address because they will seize it again)-olso notice that we will not reship your order until you can provide us the seizure letter your received from the customs.

2.Notice that once you made the payment for your order you must allways e-mail us the mtcn or the reference number(plus your order number and sender name) otherwise we will not be able to pick up the money.

3.Notice that if you order ampules and you will receive one or more broken ampules please stop as soon as you open our package and take some pictures of the broken ampules within the package otherwise we will not be able to replace the broken ampules.Olso notice that we are able to replace the damaged products only with your next order.

4.Notice that after you will make the payment for your order you must e-mail us your payment details as the below example:

5.Notice that the usual shipping time is 14 working days(to U.S.) however is possible that you receive your order sooner then that or much later then that,it allways depends on the shipping service-not on us.Shipping time can take up to more then one month to U.S. this is why please be pacient and offer the necessary time to receive your order-if you don't receive your order in aprox. 45 days is probable that customs seize your order and you will receive shortly a letter from them stating that they seized your order.

6.Notice that if you receive a notice that your order is available for pick up at the local post office please feel free to pick up the package with no worries at all-picking up the  package from the local post office is never a problem for our customers in U.S.

7.Notice that we split large orders in small packages and we do not ship them in the same day but at evry 3 days.

8.Notice that our products are not to be used by anyone under 18 years of age.
